How do I
place an order?
Find an item you want. Enter the quantity you want to buy in the box on the right, then click the "Add to Cart" button to place the item into your shopping cart. Either adjust the quantity before adding the item, or adjust the quantity in your shopping cart and then click “Update” in your cart. Please feel free to send us feedback or special instructions in the "Comments" field provided in the "Order Summary" section of the checkout process.
When you are ready to finalize your order, click "Checkout", or alternatively you can click "Checkout" when viewing your shopping cart.
Payment Policy: Accepted Methods of Payment
Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover)
Credit Card Charges: Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
Shipping Policy Turn around: All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Carriers: We use the following carrier to deliver our orders: USPS/Priority
Order Tracking: We will update your order with a tracking number
Shipping Rates: The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown your shipping charges, and you will have the option/chance to not place the order if you decide to.

When you are finished shopping, select “Checkout” to place your order. All of the items in your shopping cart will appear in your order during checkout. If you change your mind, you will be able to adjust your shopping cart prior to purchasing.
All Bpassionit transactions are highly secure because we use PayPal. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). You do not need a PayPal account to check out. If you choose to pay with credit card, PayPal provides all of the same encrypted security they do as if you were using your PayPal account. Simply click “Don’t have a PayPal account” and you will be able to use VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. If you have a PayPal account, simply click “Have a PayPal account” and you will be routed to your PayPal log in. Once you click the “Submit Order” button on the final review page, either your credit card or your PayPal account will be charged and you will receive an email confirming your order. Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging - this is usually a resealable bag or cellophane wrap. We will refuse the return if you cannot send it back to us in its original, undamaged packaging.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
